Information for the processing of personal data
Logital Srl, with registered office at Via Palazzetti, 5/f, 40068 San Lazzaro di Savena (Bologna) (hereinafter, “Owner“), as data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, “Privacy Code“) and art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:
1. Object of the processing
The Data Controller processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data (for example but not limited to, name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail – hereinafter, “personal data” or also “data“) communicated by you when registering on the website logital.it of the Data Controller (hereinafter, “Site“), participating in opinion and satisfaction surveys, filling out registration forms via the Site for events organized by the Data Controller, online requests for clarifications or requests for support and sending newsletters.
2. Purpose of the processing
Your personal data are processed:
A) without your express consent (art. 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 letter c) b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:
manage and maintain the Site;
allow you to use the Services you may request;
participate in initiatives organized by the Data Controller (for example, events) through the Site;
process a contact request;
fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority;
fulfill obligations related to the management of the association and relationships with members;
carry out activities related to the statutory purpose of Logital Srl;
prevent or discover fraudulent activities or abuses harmful to the Site;
exercise the rights of the Data Controller, for example the right to exercise a right in court.
B) Only with your specific and separate consent (articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and article 7 of the GDPR), for the following Other Purposes:
send you opinion and satisfaction surveys, newsletters and/or invitations to events by email or sign you up for events of which the Data Controller is a part or which it organizes.
3. Methods of processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in article 4 of the Privacy Code and article 4 no. 2) of the GDPR and specifically: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing, through the use of a website hosted on Cloud or server managed by the company Logital srl in Italy. The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set out above and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for the Other Purposes.
4. Security
The Data Controller has adopted various security measures to protect your data against the risk of loss, abuse or alteration. In particular: it has adopted the measures referred to in Articles 32-34 of the Privacy Code and Article 32 of the GDPR; the protected data transmission protocols known as HTTPS;
5. Access to data
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in Article 2.A) and 2.B):
to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as persons in charge and/or internal data processors and/or system administrators;
to third-party companies or other entities (for example, Logital Srl, and Aruba website providers, cloud providers, e-payment service providers, suppliers, hardware and software support technicians, shippers and carriers, credit institutions, professional firms, etc.) that carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as data controllers.
6. Communication of data
Without your express consent (pursuant to art. 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 letter b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities as well as to all other entities to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes. Your data will not be disclosed.
7. Data Transfer
The management and storage of personal data will take place in Europe, on servers located in Italy of the Data Controller and/or third-party companies appointed and duly nominated as Data Processors.
8. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to respond
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) is mandatory. In their absence, we will not be able to guarantee you neither registration on the Site nor the Services referred to in art. 2.A).
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.B) is optional. You can therefore decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case, you will not be able to receive invitations to events, newsletters and opinion and satisfaction surveys via email. In any case, you will continue to be entitled to the Services referred to in art. 2.A).
9. Rights of the interested party
In your capacity as interested party, you have the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 of the GDPR and specifically the rights of:
i. obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form;
ii. obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the owner, managers and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or persons in charge;
iii. obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when you have an interest, the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
iv. to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and/or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. Please note that the interested party's right to object, set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes via automated methods extends to traditional methods and that in any case the interested party remains entitled to exercise the right to object even only partially. Therefore, the interested party may decide to receive only communications via traditional methods or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.
Where applicable, you also have the rights set out in Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority.
10. How to exercise your rights
You may exercise your rights at any time by sending:

11. Minors
This Site and the Data Controller's Services are NOT intended for minors under 18 years of age and the Data Controller does NOT intentionally collect personal information relating to minors. In the event that information on minors is inadvertently recorded, the Data Controller will delete it promptly, upon request of users.
12. Data Controller, Data Processor and Persons in Charge
The Data Controller is Logital Srl, Via Palazzetti, 5/f, 40068 San Lazzaro di Savena (Bologna).
External data processors are, respectively, Aruba who can process your data independently as independent data controllers for the purposes of their own information.
The updated list of data controllers and processors is kept at the Data Controller's headquarters.

This Policy may be subject to changes. It is therefore advisable to regularly check this Policy and refer to the most updated version.
